At a time when Americans are feeling helpless about affecting change and seeking ways to make a difference, along comes Green Building to empower our sustainability efforts.

Making wise, green choices requires planning, given the large number of decisions needed for any project. So our LEED AP's and Spartan Enterprises offers quality assistance using a very fair fee schedule.

 If you have made the choice to build responsibly and help preserve the environment, we welcome the chance to consult you in a friendly step by step manner for every facet of Green Building. We will evaluate construction sites, offer expertise in material selection, work in collaboration with other Green Professionals, reduce energy and water use, and promote a healthy environment. 

The Need For Green

The methods used to construct and remodel buildings is changing radically. The impact that buildings have on our health and the environment has become a focus for many of us and this is good. Use of natural resourses to sustain these buildings accounts for more energy than we use in our automobiles. We must have an eye on minimizing our impact while learning a healthy pattern in our daily lives.

Our membership in the West Michigan Chapter of U.S Green Building Council and Member Circle of LEED for Existing Buildings offers the constant professional development avaliable for active Green Builders. Further, each consultation is developed by a LEED Accredited Professional.
